About Me

Vicki Phan, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I became a therapist because I love connecting with people, hearing their stories, and supporting them as best as I can. Growing up, I had a complicated relationship with mental health, and over time I’ve worked to integrate the influences of my upbringing, my identity, and my own choices into a sense of self that feels whole and authentic. Who we are deeply shapes how we connect with others, and that process was freeing; I hope to create the same kind of space for others, where growth, honesty, and self-discovery can happen safely.

When I’m not in sessions, I love noticing the small, joyful moments: reconnecting with a friend, catching a sunrise or sunset, or even a kind interaction with a stranger. I also enjoy knitting, crocheting, baking, playing video games, reading, and music. Life can be messy and challenging, but the little things make it beautiful.

I help people notice what feels fractured and support them as they mend the parts of themselves that have been stretched or pulled apart, bringing together their sense of self and the ways they relate to others so relationships — with themselves and the people in their lives — can feel more authentic and fulfilling.

Much of my work centers around understanding yourself, navigating change, exploring identity, improving communication, and strengthening connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible; I draw on emotionally focused, narrative, attachment-based, and culturally responsive frameworks — all through a relational and systemic lens. Therapy with me is a real conversation: reflective, human, and centered on what matters most to you.

Mending, for me, isn’t about “fixing”; it’s about noticing the rupture, bringing the pieces together intentionally, and adding threads of authenticity, humor, and humanity along the way. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your journey — welcome to Mend Therapy Services.

    Individual Therapy

For when you’re ready to reconnect with who you truly are — not just who you’ve had to be.

    $140/session

A space to slow down and make sense of what’s been feeling heavy, confusing, or out of alignment.

Together, we’ll explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you show up — helping you move toward a more grounded and intentional way of being.

  • A young man and woman sit across from each other at an outdoor cafe table, gazing into each other's eyes. They have coffee cups in front of them, and the scene is set against a background of trees and a city street.

    Romantic Relationship Therapy (Couples Therapy)

For partners ready to reconnect, communicate, and understand each other better.

    $165/session

Every relationship has seasons. This space supports couples or romantic partners who want to rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and navigate challenges together.

We’ll focus on curiosity over blame and understanding over perfection — creating space for growth and honesty.

  • A family of four walking along a riverbank with trees overhead and boats in the water, smiling and talking together.

    Family Therapy

For families seeking connection, understanding, and healthier communication.

    $165/session

Families carry stories, patterns, and expectations that can feel heavy or confusing. This space helps family members slow down, understand each other’s perspectives, and practice new ways of relating.

Together, we work toward clarity, support, and connection that benefits everyone in the family.

  • Two women standing together in a park, watching and pointing toward tall skyscrapers in a city skyline.

    Relational Therapy

For friendships, roommates, or other meaningful connections.

    $165/session

Not all important relationships are romantic or family-based. This space supports understanding, communication, and boundaries in any significant relationship.

We’ll explore patterns, repair disconnects, and strengthen connections that feel mutual and supportive.
